## Overview

Awario sits at the low end of the monitoring market on price and closer to the middle on capability, which is an unusual place to be in this category. The two tools small teams used to buy for the same job have both moved upmarket: Brand24 now starts at $199 a month billed annually, and Mention has become a demo-led Company plan. Awario still sells a Starter plan at $29 a month on annual billing, with Boolean search and sentiment analysis included, and a buyer can be running a first alert within the hour without speaking to anyone.

The product grew out of SEO PowerSuite, the desktop SEO software from the same company, and the lineage shows in how Awario talks about itself. It says it runs its own crawler across more than 13 billion web pages a day rather than relying on a single third-party data provider, and supplements that with the social network APIs. Each alert is a topic with unlimited keywords, excluded keywords, language and location filters, a source picker, and whitelists and blacklists, and every mention arrives with estimated reach and a sentiment label. Those numbers are vendor claims; what a buyer can check in a week of trial is whether the feed for their own brand name is clean.

Two features separate it from a plain alert service. Awario Leads builds a second feed from a product description and a list of competitors, surfacing posts where someone asks for a recommendation in your category or complains about a rival, which turns monitoring into a thin prospecting channel. And the interaction layer lets you reply, like, share, or follow the author from inside the app once you connect your own social accounts, so small teams can act on a mention without switching tools.

The limits are equally concrete. Instagram and Facebook coverage is narrow because Meta's API only exposes business pages you connect and hashtags from business and creator accounts; TikTok and LinkedIn are not listed as monitored sources. CSV export and PDF reports start on the $89 Pro plan, and white-label reports, the API, Zapier, and an account manager are Enterprise features at $249 a month billed annually. The company publishes little about itself: the privacy policy names TechFusion Ltd in Nicosia, Cyprus as the data controller, and the about page gives 2015 as the year the first version shipped, but there are no named founders, headcount, or funding.

## How it works

1. You create a project and add mention alerts to it. Each alert, which the pricing page calls a topic, takes unlimited keywords in any language, including brand names, handles, hashtags, and URLs, plus excluded keywords, languages, locations down to country, state, or city, and a choice of sources. A Boolean mode handles precise queries, and a whitelist and blacklist let you prioritize or ignore specific accounts and sites. An Include historical data setting pulls mentions from a custom start date forward.

2. Awario then collects matching public mentions from news, blogs, forums, Reddit, X, YouTube, Vimeo, and the wider web, groups shares and retweets under the original post, and estimates reach and sentiment for each one. Mentions land in a feed you can sort by reach, filter, tag, star, and mark as done, with folders for unread and completed items. Connecting your own social accounts adds interaction buttons and, for networks like X, more API capacity and so more results.

3. Two meters govern the plan. The monthly mentions cap (30,000, 300,000, or 1,000,000) counts every mention collected in the billing cycle, including ones later removed or replaced. The stored mentions cap per topic (5,000, 15,000, or 50,000) is a rolling window: when a topic fills up, the oldest mentions are replaced by new ones, although replaced mentions still count in report statistics.

4. The output layer is dashboards, reports, and notifications. The Mention Statistics report covers volume, reach, countries and languages, sentiment, a topic cloud, author gender and age, and sources; Alert Comparison sets up to 15 alerts side by side for share of voice; the Influencers report ranks authors by audience size. Email digests go to up to 20 addresses per alert, Slack notifications push to a chosen channel, and on Enterprise the API and a Zapier app move mentions into other systems.

## Best for

Small businesses, solo PR consultants, and lean marketing teams that want brand, competitor, and news monitoring with sentiment and share of voice on a self-serve budget, and that care more about news, blog, forum, Reddit, and X coverage than about Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn.

## Not the right fit for

- Brands whose conversation lives mainly on Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn; Meta's API restrictions narrow Instagram and Facebook coverage sharply, and TikTok and LinkedIn are not listed as sources.
- Agencies that need white-label client reports on a small budget; white-labeling starts on Enterprise at $249 a month billed annually.
- Teams that need press outreach as well as monitoring; there is no journalist database, no media list, and no pitching workflow.
- Buyers who want to test exports and PDF reporting during the trial; the trial runs on Starter features, which exclude both.
- Organizations that need published security certifications, SSO, or a detailed company profile before buying; none of these are on the vendor's site.
- Comms teams that need print and broadcast clipping; coverage is online sources only.

## Features

### Alert setup and collection

How a topic is defined and where Awario looks for it.

- **Topics with unlimited keywords**: Each alert accepts as many keywords as you need in any language, including handles, hashtags, and URLs, so a brand, its products, and its misspellings can live in one topic rather than eating separate slots.
- **Excluded keywords**: Drops any mention containing a specified term near your keyword, which is how a brand that shares a name with a common word keeps its feed usable.
- **Boolean search**: A manual query mode with Boolean operators and language and country codes, included on every plan rather than held back for a higher tier.
- **Language and location filters**: Restrict an alert to chosen languages and to countries, states, or cities, with an option to keep mentions whose language or location could not be identified.
- **Source selection**: Pick among news, blogs, forums, the web, Reddit, X, YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, and Instagram per alert, so a news-only alert does not burn quota on social chatter.
- **Whitelist and blacklist**: Prioritize or ignore specific accounts and websites, useful for silencing your own properties or a spammy aggregator. The lists do not apply to Facebook.
- **Historical data setting**: Pull mentions from a custom start date forward when an alert is created. Awario's own comparison page describes historical web data as unlimited on all plans, a vendor claim worth testing on your own brand.

### Feed and engagement

Working through mentions and acting on them without leaving the app.

- **Reach sorting**: Sort the feed by estimated reach so the handful of mentions with real audience surface first, rather than reading in time order.
- **Grouping, folders, and tags**: Shares and retweets collapse under the original post, and mentions can be tagged, starred, marked done, or filtered to unread, which keeps a shared feed workable for a small team.
- **In-app interactions**: Reply, like, share, comment, or follow the author from inside Awario once you connect your social accounts, including several accounts per network. Plans cap interactions at 1,000, 10,000, or 100,000 a month.
- **Author cards**: Each mention links to a view of its author and their audience, which is the starting point for spotting a journalist or creator who keeps writing about your category.
- **Awario Leads**: A separate alert built from a product description and a list of competitors that surfaces posts asking for a recommendation in your category and posts complaining about a rival, delivered as a lead feed.

### Analytics and reports

The numbers that end up in a monthly report.

- **Sentiment analysis**: Positive, neutral, and negative classification on every mention, charted over time on the dashboard and in reports.
- **Insights**: Pins on the mentions, reach, and sentiment charts mark the posts or links behind a spike, so you learn why volume jumped without scrolling the feed.
- **Mention Statistics report**: Volume, reach, countries and languages, sentiment, topic cloud, author gender and age, and sources by mentions and by reach, with custom widgets on top.
- **Alert Comparison**: Up to 15 alerts, including alerts from other projects, compared on the same widgets, which is how share of voice against competitors is produced.
- **Influencers report**: Ranks the accounts that mentioned your keywords by audience size or by mention count, with sentiment per author and filters by source.
- **PDF reports and sharing**: Downloadable and shareable reports from the Pro plan upward; Starter users see the dashboards but cannot export them as a report.
- **White-label reports**: Replace Awario's branding with your own logo and titles on generated reports. Enterprise and custom plans only.

### Notifications, team, and integrations

How mentions reach the people who act on them.

- **Email digests**: Daily or weekly summaries per alert, sent to up to 20 addresses, so an executive can follow a brand without holding a seat.
- **Slack notifications**: Pushes mentions from a chosen alert into a Slack channel at a set frequency, which is where most small teams actually consume monitoring.
- **Roles and permissions**: Owner, Admin, User, and view-only Guest roles, with Users and Guests scoped to selected projects; seat counts are 1, 10, or unlimited by plan.
- **CSV export**: Export mentions to CSV from the Pro plan upward, the route most teams use to get data into a spreadsheet or BI tool.
- **REST API**: Version 1.0 endpoints for alerts, mentions, and insights, limited to 300 requests a minute per key, available on Enterprise and custom plans. X data is excluded from the API.
- **Zapier app**: Triggers on new mentions with filters on author, reach, or sentiment, for routing to Google Sheets, Slack, or a CRM. Enterprise and custom plans only.

## Use cases

- **Founder of a 12 person software company**: The company wants to know when a customer complains on Reddit or a trade blog mentions it, but Google Alerts misses most of it and the team cannot justify $200 a month for monitoring. Outcome: A Starter plan at $29 a month on annual billing covers three topics (the brand, the product, and the founder's name) with a Slack alert on each, and the first week of trial shows whether the brand name is distinct enough to keep the feed clean.
- **Solo PR consultant with four small retainers**: Each client wants a monthly coverage summary with sentiment and a comparison against two competitors, currently assembled by hand from search results. Outcome: Pro at $89 a month billed annually gives 15 topics across three projects, Alert Comparison produces share of voice, and PDF reports replace the manual deck. The reports carry Awario branding unless the consultant moves to Enterprise.
- **Sales lead at a B2B tool with a crowded category**: Prospects regularly post on X and Reddit asking what to use instead of a larger competitor, and the team finds those threads days later, if at all. Outcome: An Awario Leads alert built from a product description and three competitor names delivers recommendation requests and competitor complaints as a feed, and the team replies from inside the app while the thread is still active.
- **Marketing manager at a regional consumer brand**: A local news story about the brand gets picked up by several outlets and forum threads, and leadership asks how far it spread and whether the tone was negative. Outcome: The Mention Statistics report shows volume, reach, sentiment, and the countries and sources involved, and Insights pins the specific article behind the spike, which answers the question in one screen.

## Pricing

Self-serve subscription on three published plans, billed monthly or annually, metered by mention alerts (topics), projects, new mentions per month, stored mentions per topic, team members, and monthly interactions. Boolean search and sentiment are on every plan; export, PDF reports, white-label, API, and an account manager are gated by tier. Custom plans above Enterprise are quoted on request.

- **Starter**: $29 per month billed annually ($49 billed monthly). 3 topics in 1 project, unlimited keywords per topic; 30,000 new mentions per month and 5,000 stored mentions per topic; 1 team member, Boolean search, sentiment, and 1,000 interactions a month. No CSV export, no PDF reports, no report sharing, and no API, so the data stays inside the app on this tier.
- **Pro**: $89 per month billed annually ($149 billed monthly). 15 topics across 3 projects; 300,000 new mentions per month and 15,000 stored mentions per topic; 10 team members, CSV export, PDF reports, report sharing, and 10,000 interactions a month. The realistic tier for anyone reporting to a client or a boss, because export and PDF reports start here.
- **Enterprise**: $249 per month billed annually ($399 billed monthly). 100 topics across 10 projects; 1,000,000 new mentions per month and 50,000 stored mentions per topic; Unlimited team members, white-label reports, API, Zapier, and a dedicated account manager. Still self-serve with a card, which is unusual for the tier that carries API access and white-labeling.
- **Custom**: Custom quote on request. Limits above Enterprise; Built to the buyer's requirements through the customer success team.

Billing notes:

- Annual billing is the headline price and saves about 38 to 41 percent against month to month, roughly twice the annual discount Brand24 offers, so month to month is an expensive way to stay flexible.
- The monthly mentions cap counts every mention collected in the cycle, including ones later deleted or replaced, so pruning a noisy feed does not give quota back.
- Stored mentions per topic is a rolling window: once a topic is full, the oldest mentions are overwritten, so long-running alerts on busy keywords lose their early history from the feed while report statistics keep it.
- The trial runs on Starter features, which means export and PDF reports cannot be evaluated before paying for Pro.
- No refunds for partial use or unused time; cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the paid period. Subscriptions are billed and canceled through 2Checkout's customer portal rather than inside the app.
- After an unconverted trial expires, Awario keeps the account data for 14 days and then deletes the account.

Value assessment: On capability per dollar Awario is the strongest self-serve monitoring offer in this category. Starter at $29 a month on annual billing includes Boolean search, sentiment, unlimited keywords per topic, and 30,000 mentions, fifteen times the 2,000 mentions Brand24 includes at its own entry price of $199. The catches are where the tiers draw their lines: a solo buyer on Starter cannot export anything or produce a PDF, a consultant on Pro at $89 still hands clients Awario-branded reports, and API access and Zapier only arrive at $249. The other cost is coverage. If your audience talks on news sites, blogs, forums, Reddit, and X, the price is hard to argue with; if it talks on Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn, the cheapness buys a feed that misses the conversation.

### Entry price history

Dates are when SaaSTracker checked the vendor's published pricing, not when the vendor changed it.

Entry price first recorded on 26 September 2026. It will be re-checked when this category next comes round the rotation.

| Checked | Entry price | Normalised | Event | Note |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 2026-09-26 | $29 per month billed annually on Starter ($49 month to month) | $29 annual-equivalent, flat | recorded | |

## Strengths

- The lowest published entry price among the monitoring tools in this category, at $29 a month billed annually, with a card checkout and no sales call on any listed plan.
- Boolean search, sentiment analysis, and unlimited keywords per topic are on every plan rather than reserved for upper tiers.
- Awario Leads turns the same crawl into a prospecting feed of recommendation requests and competitor complaints, a feature most monitoring tools do not offer at any price.
- In-app replies, likes, shares, and follows from several connected accounts per network let a small team act on a mention without switching tools.
- Mention volume is generous for the price, with 300,000 a month on Pro and 1,000,000 on Enterprise.
- Enterprise, including API access and white-label reports, is still bought self-serve at a published price.
- A 7 day trial with no credit card and a large public help center make the fit easy to test.

## Limitations

- Instagram and Facebook coverage is narrow because Meta's API only exposes connected business pages and hashtags used by business and creator accounts; personal accounts, groups, and private content are out of reach.
- TikTok and LinkedIn are not listed among monitored sources, a real gap for consumer and B2B brands respectively.
- CSV export, PDF reports, and report sharing start on Pro, so the $29 Starter plan keeps all data inside the app.
- White-label reports, the API, Zapier, and an account manager are Enterprise-only, which pushes agencies to $249 a month.
- X data is excluded from the API even on Enterprise.
- No native mobile app is described; mobile access is through the browser.
- No refunds for unused time, and billing runs through a third-party reseller portal rather than in-app settings.
- The company publishes no founders, headcount, funding, security certifications, or SSO, and the legal entity named in the privacy policy (TechFusion Ltd, Cyprus) differs from the brand.
- Several marketing pages carry dated claims, such as revenue growth figures with no year attached, which makes the vendor's own numbers harder to weigh.

## Comparisons

- **Awario vs Brand24**: The same job at very different prices. Brand24 starts at $199 a month billed annually and answers with a deeper scoring layer, real time collection on its Pro tier, a mobile app, and AI Visibility tracking of what chatbots say about a brand, none of which Awario offers. Awario starts at $29, includes Boolean search and sentiment on every plan, sells far more mentions per dollar, and adds a lead feed and in-app replies. Buy Brand24 when the output is a client or board report and LLM visibility matters; buy Awario when the budget is small and the job is knowing what the web says.
- **Awario vs Mention**: Mention used to be the self-serve monitoring tool small teams chose; since mid 2025 it sells a single demo-led Company plan from $599 a month on an annual contract, bundled with Agorapulse's social tools. Awario now occupies the position Mention left: published prices, a card checkout, and a Starter plan at $29 a month. Mention still wins for a team that wants listening and social publishing from one vendor with a sales relationship. For monitoring alone, Awario is the far cheaper and simpler purchase.
- **Awario vs Muck Rack**: Different halves of PR. Muck Rack is a journalist database and pitching platform with monitoring across online, print, broadcast, and podcast attached, sold on quoted annual contracts that start around $5,000 a year. Awario has no journalists, no pitching, and online sources only, but costs a small fraction of that and is bought in minutes. A small team whose problem is knowing what was said should start with Awario; a team whose problem is getting a reporter to write it needs Muck Rack or a cheaper outreach tool alongside.
- **Awario vs Prowly**: Prowly bundled a media database, pitching, a hosted newsroom, and online monitoring in one subscription, and is now closed to new buyers, who are routed to the Semrush AI PR Toolkit from $149 a month. Awario covers only the monitoring piece, but does it with more sources, more mentions, Boolean control, and a price starting at $29. Teams replacing Prowly's monitoring without its outreach can pair Awario with a lightweight pitching tool and still spend less.

## Pairs well with

Awario is a PR tool, and a team running it still has 6 neighbouring categories to staff. The pick in each is Mangools for SEO & content marketing, Metricool for social media management, Rytr for AI writing & content generation, Umami for GTM analytics, Podia for community platforms and Carrd for landing page builders, each the leading tool in that category on published criteria.

| Category | Ideal pairing | Because | Benefit |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| SEO & Content Marketing | [Mangools](https://saastracker.org/products/mangools) (Best Value) | Awario is built for PR, not SEO. Mangools adds AI Search Watcher. | Pages get written for demand that already exists, and ranking movement is visible rather than guessed. |
| Social Media Management | [Metricool](https://saastracker.org/products/metricool) (Best Value) | Awario lists no native mobile app is described among its limits. Metricool adds twelve supported surfaces including Bluesky, Threads, Twitch, and Google Business Profile. | A month of posts goes out from one queue, and the numbers say which ones earned attention. |
| AI Writing & Content Generation | [Rytr](https://saastracker.org/products/rytr) (Best Value) | Awario lists no refunds for unused time among its limits. Rytr adds a genuinely usable free tier at 10,000 characters a month with all. | Draft volume stops being the bottleneck, and a writer edits instead of starting from nothing. |
| GTM Analytics | [Umami](https://saastracker.org/products/umami) (Best Value) | Awario lists several marketing pages carry dated claims among its limits. Umami adds a free Cloud tier at roughly 100,000 events a month with three. | Spend gets attributed to revenue, so the channel that works is the one that gets funded. |
| Community Platforms | [Podia](https://saastracker.org/products/podia) (Best Value) | Awario lists the company publishes no founders among its limits. Podia adds every feature on every plan. | Customers answer each other in a space the company owns, rather than in a chat nobody can search. |
| Landing Page Builders | [Carrd](https://saastracker.org/products/carrd) (Best Value) | Awario lists TikTok and LinkedIn are not listed among monitored sources among its limits. Carrd adds Pro Plus offers downloadable sites. | A campaign page ships the same afternoon without waiting on an engineer. |

Pairings follow the SaaSTracker methodology (https://saastracker.org/methodology): the leading tool in each complementary category, chosen on published criteria. Placement cannot be purchased.

## Implementation

- Setup time: A first alert runs within minutes of signing up. Getting a clean feed takes longer: expect two or three sessions in the first week adding excluded keywords and blacklisted sites, and budget time to connect social accounts if you want in-app replies and more X results.
- Learning curve: Low for the feed and dashboards, moderate for Boolean queries. The help center includes language and country codes and sample queries, and most brands with a distinctive name never need Boolean mode. The judgment that takes practice is reading reach and sentiment as trends rather than as precise numbers.
- Onboarding: Self-serve with a 7 day trial, a searchable help center, video tutorials, and a training page. Demos can be booked through a form, and Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager. Education and nonprofit programs are listed on the site.
- Migration: Historical mentions do not move between monitoring vendors, so a switch restarts your trend lines. If you are coming from another tool, export its data before cancelling and run both in parallel for a month. On the way out of Awario, CSV export requires Pro or above, so a Starter customer who wants to keep data should upgrade for one cycle before leaving.

## Platform, API & security

- Platforms: Web application (desktop and mobile browsers), Slack app, Zapier app, REST API
- API: REST API version 1.0 with endpoints for alerts, mentions, and insights, authenticated by a personal key from account settings and rate limited to 300 requests per minute per key and 100 per second per IP. Available on Enterprise and custom plans only, and X data is not returned through it.
- Compliance: GDPR
- Data residency: The privacy policy names TechFusion Ltd, registered in Nicosia, Cyprus, as the data controller under GDPR; hosting location is not published.
- Security notes: Awario monitors public content only; private posts, personal Facebook and Instagram accounts, groups, and direct messages are excluded. Card details are handled by the third-party payment processor rather than stored by Awario. No SOC 2, ISO 27001, or SSO is published, so buyers with procurement requirements should ask before committing.

## Support

- Channels: Contact form (described as monitored 24/7), Live chat, Demo booking, Dedicated account manager on Enterprise
- Documentation: A detailed help center covering alert setup, Boolean syntax with language and country codes, Meta API limits, reports, roles, Slack and Zapier setup, and API reference, plus video tutorials and a social listening guide.
- Community: An official Facebook group for users to ask questions and suggest features, and a blog that publishes monitoring guides and tool roundups several times a month.

## FAQ

### What is Awario used for?

Monitoring public mentions of a brand, product, competitor, or topic across news sites, blogs, forums, Reddit, X, YouTube, Vimeo, and the wider web, with sentiment and reach attached. Teams use it for reputation monitoring, competitor share of voice, coverage reporting, spotting influencers, and, through Awario Leads, finding people asking for a recommendation in their category.

### How much does Awario cost?

Starter is $29 per month billed annually or $49 month to month. Pro is $89 annually or $149 monthly. Enterprise is $249 annually or $399 monthly. Custom plans above Enterprise are quoted on request. All three listed plans are bought self-serve with a card or other online payment method.

### Does Awario have a free trial or free plan?

There is a 7 day free trial with no credit card required, running on Starter features: 3 alerts and up to 30,000 mentions. There is no permanent free plan. If you do not subscribe, the trial account expires and its data is deleted 14 days later.

### What is the difference between a topic and a mention in Awario?

A topic, also called a mention alert, is a set of keywords Awario monitors, and it can hold unlimited keywords. A mention is a single result it finds. Plans limit topics (3, 15, or 100), new mentions per month (30,000, 300,000, or 1,000,000), and how many mentions each topic keeps on hand (5,000, 15,000, or 50,000).

### Can Awario monitor Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn?

Instagram and Facebook only partly. Meta's API limits collection to business pages you connect, posts and comments where your page is tagged, and hashtags used by Instagram business and creator accounts; personal accounts and groups are excluded. TikTok and LinkedIn are not listed among Awario's sources.

### Can I export data or create PDF reports on the Starter plan?

No. CSV export, PDF reports, and report sharing start on Pro. White-label reports, the API, and Zapier start on Enterprise. Starter users can view dashboards and reports inside the app only.

### What is Awario Leads?

A separate alert type built from a short product description and a list of competitors. It surfaces posts where someone asks for a recommendation in your category and posts complaining about a competitor, so sales or founders can reply while the thread is live. Leads alerts consume mentions from your plan quota like any other alert.

### Does Awario have an API?

Yes, on Enterprise and custom plans. The REST API covers alerts, mentions, and insights, with a limit of 300 requests per minute per key. X data is not available through the API. Enterprise also unlocks a Zapier app for no-code automations.

### Awario vs Brand24: which should a small business choose?

Awario if budget decides it: $29 a month billed annually against Brand24's $199, with more mentions per dollar and Boolean search on every plan. Brand24 if you need its deeper scoring, real time collection, a mobile app, or tracking of what AI chatbots say about your brand, none of which Awario offers.

### Can I cancel Awario and get a refund?

You can cancel at any time, and the subscription stops renewing at the end of the paid period. Awario states it does not refund partial use or time left on a subscription. Cancellation is handled through the 2Checkout customer portal or by contacting support.

### Who owns Awario?

The about page describes Awario as a project that branched off SEO PowerSuite, a product by the same company, with a first version in 2015. The privacy policy names TechFusion Ltd, registered in Nicosia, Cyprus, as the data controller. The company does not publish founders, headcount, or funding.

### What should I pair Awario with?

Awario is a PR tool, and a team running it still has 6 neighbouring categories to staff. The pick in each is Mangools for SEO & content marketing, Metricool for social media management, Rytr for AI writing & content generation, Umami for GTM analytics, Podia for community platforms and Carrd for landing page builders, each the leading tool in that category on published criteria.

### What do I pair with Awario for SEO & Content Marketing?

Mangools. Awario is built for PR, not SEO. Mangools adds AI Search Watcher.

### Is Awario enough on its own?

For PR, yes. Awario does not cover social media management, AI writing & content generation and GTM analytics, and its own profile says so; Metricool, Rytr and Umami are the tools that fill those gaps.

## Editorial verdict

Awario is the monitoring tool to buy when the budget is small and the web is where your brand gets discussed. At $29 a month on annual billing it delivers Boolean search, sentiment, unlimited keywords per topic, and 30,000 mentions from news, blogs, forums, Reddit, X, and YouTube, and it adds two things most rivals lack at any price: a lead feed built from competitor complaints and recommendation requests, and in-app replies from your own accounts. The tier lines are where the value thins out. Starter keeps every number inside the app, Pro is where export and PDF reports begin, and anything an agency would call client-ready (white-label, API, Zapier) waits at $249. Coverage is the harder limit: Instagram and Facebook are constrained by Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are absent, and there is no print or broadcast. The company is also unusually quiet about itself. Run the free week on your real brand name; if the feed is clean and your audience lives on the open web, it is the best monitoring value in the category.
