Anymail Finder vs Voila Norbert
An independent, review-free comparison compiled by the SaaSTracker editorial team. Both products are profiled in full, and neither can pay for placement here.
The short answer
Editorial assessmentVoila Norbert compared with Anymail Finder
Both charge only for verified finds, but Anymail Finder attaches a written 97 percent delivery guarantee to that promise where Norbert publishes 98 percent as a marketing claim with nothing behind it, and Anymail Finder is cheaper per credit. Norbert counters with unlimited seats, standalone commodity-priced verification and enrichment, and a much longer operating history. Take Anymail Finder for the guarantee and the unit price; take Norbert for the seat structure and the utilities.
Choose Anymail Finder if
Cold email teams, agencies, and founders who already know which people or companies they want to reach and want the lowest defensible cost per deliverable address, with credits that roll over and seats that do not multiply the bill.
Choose Voila Norbert if
Small teams and agencies who want a stable, long-established email finder with unlimited seats on a shared credit pool, and anyone who needs cheap standalone list verification or enrichment without committing to a subscription.

| Setup time | Five minutes. Sign up, receive 100 free credits, paste a name and domain or upload a CSV. There is no configuration, no mailbox to connect, and no data model to design. | Ten minutes. Create an account, take the 50 free credits, and run a lookup or upload a CSV. Connecting a CRM adds fifteen minutes; an API integration is a few hours given the four client libraries. |
| Learning curve | Minimal. The only thing worth understanding is why a search returns nothing: usually a catch-all domain or a person whose address the pattern cannot resolve. Teams that expect a hundred percent hit rate and interpret misses as product failure are misreading a deliberate design choice. | Minimal. Norbert does one thing and the interface reflects that. The only thing worth learning is the certainty score, since treating a low-confidence result as verified is how people generate bounces and then blame the tool. |

Strengths and limitations
Anymail Finder
Strengths
- The billing model is the clearest in the category: pay for verified results, nothing for failures, nothing for duplicates inside thirty days, and unused credits roll over uncapped.
- A published 97 percent delivery guarantee is a written commitment, which is materially stronger than the match-rate claims most competitors make and none of them will contract to.
- Eight published price points from 29 to 799 dollars a month with no quote-only gate, so the vendor never has leverage over you at renewal.
- Unlimited team members on one credit pool, which makes it dramatically cheaper than per-seat vendors for any team above one person.
Limitations
- No phone numbers at all, so any team that calls needs a second vendor and the total cost comparison changes completely.
- No prospecting database: you cannot search for people by title, seniority, industry, or headcount, so list building must happen in Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar first.
- Strict verification means catch-all domains frequently return nothing, which looks like poor coverage when compared naively against vendors that return unverified guesses.
- No outreach layer, so unlike Hunter you are also paying for a sequencer separately.
Voila Norbert
Strengths
- Unlimited team members on every prospecting plan on a shared credit pool, which makes team economics far better than any per-seat competitor in this category.
- Credits are charged only for successful finds and roll over rather than expiring, so the allowance maps to results.
- Standalone pay-as-you-go verification at 0.003 dollars an email, dropping to 0.001 above 500,000, is a genuine commodity price that needs no subscription.
- Standalone enrichment priced per email with volume tapering, also with no subscription, which suits a one-off CRM cleanup.
Limitations
- No phone numbers at all, on any plan, at any price, which removes Norbert from consideration for any team that calls.
- Per-lead pricing is high: roughly 0.049 dollars at the entry tier against Tomba's 0.0089 and Skrapp's 0.0145, and the gap does not close at volume.
- No searchable people database, so Norbert cannot help you decide who to contact, only how to reach someone you can already name.
- The 98 percent success claim is a marketing figure with no contractual guarantee behind it, unlike Anymail Finder's written commitment.
Pricing compared
Anymail Finder
Flat monthly or annual subscription across eight published credit tiers, with one credit charged per verified email found, unlimited team members, and uncapped rollover while subscribed.
- Starter$29
- Professional$49
- Business$89
- Growth$149
- Scale$199
- Enterprise ladder$299 to $799
At 1,000 lookups the Professional plan costs 49 dollars, or about 4.9 cents per verified email, and at 10,000 the Scale plan costs 199 dollars, about 2 cents each. Because failed searches are free, those are genuine per-contact costs rather than best-case ones, which is not true of vendors that decrement on attempts. Annual billing pushes the 10,000 figure to about 1.3 cents. That is among the cheapest verified-email pricing available from a vendor that will also put a delivery guarantee in writing. The value case weakens only if you need phones, a people database, or a sequencer, because you will be paying a second vendor for those and the consolidated bill may favour a platform.
Voila Norbert
Subscription prospecting plans priced by monthly lead allowance with unlimited team members, plus separately priced pay-as-you-go verification and enrichment utilities, plus a distinct per-seat email sequencing product.
- Valet$49
- Butler$99
- Advisor$249
- Counselor$499
Per lead, Norbert is expensive: 1,000 finds for 49 dollars is about 0.049 each, five times Tomba's 0.0089 and more than three times Skrapp's 0.0145. At 10,000 you are on the 249 dollar Advisor tier paying about 0.025 per found address at your real volume, still well above the field. The case for Norbert therefore does not rest on unit price at all. It rests on unlimited seats, which for a five-person team turns a nominally expensive plan into a cheaper one than any per-seat competitor, and on the standalone verification price of 0.003 dollars per email, which is a genuine commodity rate that undercuts most dedicated verifiers and requires no subscription whatsoever. Buy the prospecting plan for the seat structure and the stability; buy the verification for the price. If you are a single user optimising cost per email, Norbert is simply the wrong choice and Tomba is the right one.
Editorial verdict on each
Anymail Finder
Anymail Finder is the least complicated honest deal in this category. One credit buys one verified email, failures are free, duplicates are free for thirty days, unused credits roll over uncapped, seats are unlimited, there are no rate limits, and every price up to 799 dollars a month is published and buyable without a conversation. At about two cents per deliverable address at ten thousand a month, it is as cheap as anything with a written delivery guarantee behind it. Buy it if you have a list of people or companies and need addresses that will not bounce. Do not buy it if you need phone numbers, a filterable people database, or a sequencer, because it has none of those and no plans to add them.

Voila Norbert is the least exciting product in this batch and, for a particular kind of buyer, the correct one. Per lead it is expensive, several times Tomba's rate and well above Skrapp or GetProspect, and it sells no phone numbers, has no searchable database, and publishes almost nothing about how its data is sourced. What it does have is a set of structural choices that quietly matter more than unit price for a small team: unlimited seats on every plan, credits that roll over and are charged only on success, bulk and API access included rather than gated, and standalone verification at 0.003 dollars an email that undercuts most dedicated verifiers and needs no subscription. Behind that is twelve years of trading and seven under stable profitable ownership without a single repositioning. Buy it if you are a team rather than an individual, if you value a vendor that will still be here in three years, or if you simply need to clean a very large list cheaply. Do not buy it if you are one person optimising cost per address, because in that comparison it loses to almost everything.
