The short answer
Both sides assessedAgencyAnalytics compared with Oviond
AgencyAnalytics now has a per-client rival at a quarter of its rate: Oviond charges $5 per client month to month or $4 annually (ten-client minimum) with custom domains, the API, and an MCP server included, against AgencyAnalytics' $20 per client on the annual rate. AgencyAnalytics answers with 85-plus integrations and rank tracking and AI search tracking as add-ons, which Oviond does not offer. SEO-led agencies should stay with AgencyAnalytics; agencies reporting mainly on paid media and analytics will pay far less with Oviond.
Oviond compared with AgencyAnalytics
Both price per client and include white labeling on every plan, so this comes down to rate against breadth. AgencyAnalytics charges $20 per client on the annual rate ($25 monthly), carries 85-plus integrations, and sells rank tracking and AI search tracking as add-ons. Oviond charges $4 to $5 per client with a ten-client minimum, includes custom domains, the API, and an MCP server, and connects about seventy sources. SEO-led agencies that want rank tracking in the same tool should pay for AgencyAnalytics; agencies whose reports are mostly paid media and analytics will pay a quarter as much with Oviond.
Choose AgencyAnalytics if
Small and mid-sized marketing agencies and freelancers who bill retainers and need branded, automated client reporting across many accounts: strongest when the channel mix is standard (search, paid, social, email, local) and the value is time saved and client retention rather than deep custom analysis.
Choose Oviond if
Small and mid-sized marketing agencies and freelancers reporting on ten to a hundred clients across mainstream ad, analytics, SEO, social, and email platforms, who want full white labeling, custom domains, scheduled delivery, unlimited users, and an API without paying per seat or per data source.

| Setup time | The first client is genuinely a same-day exercise: create the client, authorize four or five OAuth connections, apply a channel template, and schedule delivery. Rolling an established roster over takes longer, typically a week or two of evenings for 20 clients, because every connection has to be authorized individually and each client's report needs a review against what they were previously sent. | A first client can be connected, branded, and scheduled within a day. The longer work is designing the agency's reusable templates and themes, and pointing a custom domain and a sending domain at Oviond, which takes DNS changes. |
| Learning curve | Low. The editor is a widget grid and the mental model (client, source, widget, report, schedule) is small enough to hold in your head. The part that takes practice is discipline rather than skill: standardizing on two or three templates instead of hand-building a bespoke report per client, which is what determines whether the tool still saves time at 40 clients. | Low to moderate. The grid builder works like a slide tool and needs no SQL, but getting the most out of calculated metrics, filters, and per-client themes takes practice, and reviews the vendor publishes mention that customizing templates takes time. |

Strengths and limitations
AgencyAnalytics
Strengths
- Purpose-built for the agency workflow: client accounts, white-label branding, client logins, and per-client permissions are the model rather than features bolted onto a BI tool.
- One plan with every feature unlocked, so a two-client freelancer gets the same custom domain, API access, and dashboards as a 30-client agency.
- Unlimited staff and client users at no extra charge, unusual in a category where seat pricing is common.
- Broad, agency-relevant connector coverage across paid, organic, social, local, call tracking, email, and ecommerce, including call tracking sources that generic BI tools ignore.
Limitations
- Integration reliability is the most consistent user complaint: connections drop and need manual reauthorization, and a silently disconnected source produces a report that goes out with missing data.
- Custom metrics cannot express advanced filtering or segmentation. If the calculation you want requires filtering a source before aggregating, the formula layer will not get you there.
- Report layout control is limited to the widget grid, and the report title page in particular resists customization, which shows up repeatedly in reviews from agencies with strict brand standards.
- No data modelling, SQL, or cross-source joins beyond what the connectors expose, so any question requiring blended data at a granularity the APIs do not return is out of scope.
Oviond
Strengths
- $5 per client month to month, or $4 billed annually, with every feature on the one plan, which is the lowest per-client rate among the full white-label tools in this category.
- Data sources, reports, dashboards, and team members are unlimited and do not affect the bill.
- Custom domains with automatic SSL and sending from the agency's own verified domain or SMTP server are included rather than reserved for a higher tier.
- Scheduled automations with re-resolving date ranges, test sends, pause and resume, and a logged run history.
Limitations
- A ten-client minimum sets a $50 monthly floor, which is poor value for a consultant with two or three clients.
- No KPI threshold alerts, anomaly detection, or portfolio monitoring board is described on the feature pages.
- About seventy integrations, fewer than the market leaders, with no native rank tracker or site audit of its own.
- No in-app AI commentary writer is advertised; AI works through an external assistant connected to the MCP server.

At $20 per client per month, the arithmetic is straightforward: if reporting costs an account manager two hours per client per month, the tool pays for itself several times over at any billable rate. For a freelancer with four clients that is $80 a month for branded reporting a client can log into, which is cheap relative to what it does for retention. The model gets less flattering at scale, because a 40-client agency is paying about $9,600 a year for what is fundamentally a rendering layer over APIs, and at that size the add-on line items and the ceiling on custom analysis start to matter. The 2026 move to one all-features plan removed the old complaint that upgrades bought features rather than capacity, which was the most common value objection. Judged strictly on capability per dollar the free Looker Studio route is cheaper; judged on hours recovered and on how a client perceives a branded portal, AgencyAnalytics remains the default for small agencies for good reason.
Oviond
One plan with every feature, priced per client workspace. Month to month it is $5 per client with a 10-client minimum; annual billing is $4 per client, billed yearly. Data sources, reports, dashboards, and team members are unlimited and do not affect the bill. Self-serve pricing covers 10 to 100 clients; above 100 is quoted by sales.
- Monthly$5 per client
- Annual$4 per client
- CustomQuote
On price per client this is the value leader in the category for any agency between ten and a hundred clients. At $5 a client month to month it undercuts AgencyAnalytics' $20 per client on the annual rate by three quarters, and unlike DashThis at $44 to $54 or Swydo at EUR 62 to EUR 69 it does not ration dashboards or data sources, so a client running six platforms costs the same as one running two. What the lower price does not buy is the breadth the leaders carry: AgencyAnalytics adds rank tracking and a larger connector list, Swydo has KPI alerts and portfolio monitoring, and ReportGarden bundles budget pacing and invoicing. If the job is branded scheduled reports on mainstream platforms, Oviond does it for the least money here; if the job includes monitoring, SEO tooling, or agency operations, the saving buys less than it appears to.
Editorial verdict on each
AgencyAnalytics
AgencyAnalytics is the default small-agency reporting tool for defensible reasons: it is built around the client account rather than the dashboard, it white-labels properly down to the domain and the sending address, it charges nothing for seats, and the 2026 move to a single $20-per-client plan removed the old irritation of paying more to unlock features rather than capacity. For an agency currently losing three or four days a month to exports and slide decks, the payback is measured in weeks. The honest limits are worth stating plainly: it renders API data rather than modelling it, custom metrics fall over when a calculation needs filtering, report layout is a grid rather than a canvas, integration disconnections are a recurring operational annoyance, and rank tracking now costs extra despite being the original product. Buy it if the job is producing many branded client reports reliably at a predictable per-client cost; look at a warehouse and a BI tool instead if the job is answering questions the connectors were never built to answer.

Oviond is the value pick in this category for an agency with ten to a hundred clients. Five dollars a client month to month, four on the annual rate, buys the whole product: unlimited sources, reports, and seats, themes and per-client branding, reports on your own subdomain and sent from your own domain, logged scheduled automations, and a REST API and MCP server that most rivals either lack or charge for. The builder is solid rather than showy, and the September 2026 changelog shows a small team shipping steadily. What the price leaves out is real: no KPI alerts or monitoring board, no native rank tracking or agency operations, no in-app AI writer, about seventy connectors, and a ten-client minimum that makes it poor value for a consultant with two clients. Agencies whose deliverable is the branded monthly report on mainstream platforms should trial it before paying four or five times as much elsewhere.
