The short answer

Both sides assessed

Albacross compared with Factors.ai

Factors.ai is the ABM and attribution platform of the two, with LinkedIn and Google AdPilot, predictive scoring, multi-touch attribution, and an MCP-accessible AI agent, self-serve from $199 a month with real tiers from $6,000 a year. Albacross is far cheaper and focused on identification plus direct outreach rather than reporting. Take Factors if you need attribution a CMO will present; take Albacross if you need pipeline activity a two-person team can run.

Factors.ai compared with Albacross

Albacross is far cheaper (from 59 euros a month) and bundles AI email and LinkedIn sequences for direct outreach, focused on European identification plus activation. Factors is a reporting and orchestration platform with waterfall identification, G2 and Bombora intent, AdPilot, and attribution. Choose Albacross if you need a two-person team to start conversations this week; choose Factors if you need to prove which campaigns produced pipeline and steer paid media accordingly.

Choose Albacross if

European B2B small businesses that want website visitor identification and the outbound follow-up in one affordable subscription, teams without an existing sales engagement platform who do not want to buy two tools, and companies whose buyers are in EU markets where Albacross's data is strongest.

Choose Factors.ai if

B2B marketing teams that run meaningful paid media and need identification, intent, ad orchestration, and attribution to agree with each other, and growth-stage companies willing to start on the $199 Lite plan and grow into a real ABM platform rather than assembling four point solutions.

Setup timeAround an hour for identification and alerts: install the script, connect Slack or Teams and a CRM, and identified companies begin appearing. Configuring sequences and segmentation properly is a separate half-day and is where most of the value sits. The Lite plan claims roughly two minutes to install and start identifying, which is fair for the tracking script alone. The platform proper is a different matter: connecting CRM, ad accounts, product data, and G2, then building account lists, scoring models, and AdPilot audiences, is a multi-week project.
Learning curveModerate. The identification side is straightforward, but because Albacross also runs outreach, using it well means thinking about sequence design, sending reputation, and message quality, which is a different discipline from reading a lead feed. Teams that treat the sequencer as a fire-and-forget feature get poor results and blame the data.High relative to the rest of this category, and appropriately so. Factors assumes you understand ABM, multi-touch attribution, and B2B media buying. A team without a marketing operations capability will not extract the value that justifies the upper tiers, and should stay on Lite for identification only.

Strengths and limitations

Albacross

Strengths

  • Identification and multichannel outreach in one subscription, with AI email and LinkedIn sequences included on every tier, which no other tool in this price bracket bundles.
  • A decade of European operating history with a data operation genuinely strong in EU markets, backed by a claimed 1.7 times higher identification rate than competitors there.
  • AI-powered segmentation across more than 100 intent signals does prioritisation automatically, which is exactly what a small team without an analyst needs.
  • Clear GDPR and CCPA compliance from a Swedish base with company-level scope only, so the privacy conversation is short.

Limitations

  • Verified email and phone credit allowances are very small relative to the identified-company limits, which makes the headline volumes misleading if you intend to actually contact people.
  • API access, webhooks, Salesforce bi-directional sync, and user roles and permissions are all gated to the custom-priced, demo-gated, annual-only Organisation tier.
  • Company-level only, so there is no path to identifying the individual visitor if that is what your sales motion requires.
  • The 1.7 times identification claim is vendor-measured, unaudited, and framed against unnamed competitors, so it should be tested in trial rather than trusted.

Factors.ai

Strengths

  • The highest published identification coverage in the category, achieved through a genuine mechanism: a waterfall across four to five providers rather than dependence on one identity graph.
  • It does both company-level identification and US person-level de-anonymization in one platform, which almost nothing else here manages credibly.
  • LinkedIn AdPilot's account-level frequency capping is a real B2B media control that stops a handful of large accounts consuming an entire budget.
  • Google CAPI conversion feedback teaches the bidding algorithm what a pipeline-relevant account looks like, which is a materially better use of ad data than a conversion pixel.

Limitations

  • The pricing jump from $199 a month to $6,000 a year is abrupt, with nothing in between and no self-serve path above Lite.
  • The capabilities the platform is marketed on (predictive scoring, advanced ABM analytics, multi-channel ad synchronisation, enhanced attribution) start at the $20,000 Growth tier.
  • The up to 75 percent identification claim is vendor-measured against a vendor-defined baseline, and a waterfall's cost and accuracy both depend on which providers fire, which is not disclosed.
  • No EU data residency commitment is published, so European buyers with strict residency requirements should look at Snitcher, Leadfeeder, or Leadinfo instead despite the GDPR compliance statement.

Pricing compared

Albacross

Tiered subscription priced on identified companies per month, with separately metered verified email and phone credits, and roughly 30 percent savings for annual billing.

  • Starter59 euros
  • Professional149 euros
  • OrganisationCustom

Albacross is priced as identification but sold as identification plus outreach, and whether it is good value depends entirely on whether you will use the second half. At 149 euros a month, Professional covering 500 identified companies, AI segmentation across 100-plus intent signals, unlimited email and LinkedIn sequences, LinkedIn Ads audiences, and a contact finder is a lot of capability for the money, and genuinely cheaper than buying a visitor ID tool and a sequencer separately. If you already own a sequencer, you are paying for a duplicate layer and Snitcher will deliver better data terms for less. The credit allowances are the honest weak point: 25 verified emails a month on Professional is not enough to work a 500-company feed, and that gap pushes buyers toward the custom-priced Organisation tier faster than the pricing page implies.

Factors.ai

A self-serve entry plan priced monthly, then annual contracts priced on monthly tracked users, identified companies per month, and seats, with the upper tiers demo-gated.

  • Lite$199
  • Basic$6,000
  • Growth$20,000
  • EnterpriseFrom $30,000

Judged on the Lite plan alone, $199 a month for waterfall identification claiming up to 75 percent account coverage plus up to 40 percent US person-level de-anonymization is strong value, and it is the reason Factors belongs on a small-business list at all. Judged as the platform the marketing describes, this is a $20,000-a-year purchase and should be compared against 6sense and Demandbase rather than against Snitcher and Leadfeeder, where it looks competitively priced and considerably more modern. What it is not is a graceful ladder. There is nothing between $2,400 a year and $6,000 a year, and the capabilities most people want begin at $20,000. Start on Lite for the identification, but do not plan a budget assuming the rest of the platform arrives incrementally, because it does not.

Editorial verdict on each

Albacross

Albacross is the best choice in this category for a European small business that needs both halves of the job and cannot afford two vendors. Identification with genuine EU data strength, AI segmentation across 100-plus intent signals, a contact finder, and unlimited AI email and LinkedIn sequences for 149 euros a month is a lot of working capability in one subscription, and the self-serve trial means you can test the match rate without a sales call. The problem to go in with your eyes open about is credits: 25 verified emails a month against a 500-company allowance is not a serious contacting budget, and that mismatch, along with API access and Salesforce two-way sync being locked behind a custom-priced annual tier, is how this cheap product stops being cheap. If you already own a sequencer, Snitcher will give you better data terms for less. If you want a permanently free way in, Leadfeeder has one. If you want one tool that both finds the account and starts the conversation, Albacross is the one that actually does it at this price.

Factors.ai

Factors.ai is the most capable product in this category and the one whose pricing most rewards reading carefully. The identification layer is legitimately best-in-class: a waterfall across four to five providers producing up to 75 percent account coverage plus up to 40 percent US person-level de-anonymization is a stronger technical answer than any single-graph competitor gives, and at $199 a month on Lite it is available self-serve to a small business. Everything above it (G2 and Bombora intent, LinkedIn AdPilot with account-level frequency capping, Google CAPI feedback, multi-touch attribution, the Scout agent and MCP connector) is a genuine ABM platform that should be compared with 6sense and Demandbase, where it looks modern and well priced. But the ladder has no middle: $199 a month jumps to $6,000 a year, and the flagship capabilities begin at $20,000. Buy Lite if you want excellent identification cheaply. Buy Growth if you have the paid media spend and the marketing operations capability to use ad orchestration and attribution properly. Do not buy in between expecting the platform to arrive gradually, and if EU data residency is a requirement, look at Leadfeeder, Snitcher, or Leadinfo instead.
