Leexi
A Belgian AI notetaker with a scorecard coaching module, CRM autofill, and data kept in France
Leexi is a European AI notetaker and conversation intelligence tool that records video meetings, phone calls from more than ten VoIP systems, and in-person meetings through a mobile app, transcribes and summarizes them in 100-plus languages, fills CRM fields automatically, and, through its Leexi Coach add-on, scores every call against custom scorecards; it is self-serve with a 7-day free trial, starts at $12 per license per month billed annually ($15 monthly), and stores data in Europe under ISO 27001 certification.
Overview
Leexi is a Brussels company (registered as Leexi SA) that its own about page describes as a family business: founded by Xavier and Carole Lombard with their sons Baptiste and Matthieu, and self-financed in 2021 after the sale of shares in the family's previous company, an insurtech. Xavier Lombard is CEO, Matthieu COO, Baptiste CTO, and Carole CFO. The team page lists 58 people as of September 2026, most of them in sales and account management. The company's press page quotes it declining a one-million-euro investment offer at a fifteen-million-euro valuation at the end of 2024, and it has not raised outside capital, which is unusual in a category funded mostly by venture money.
The core product is an AI notetaker, and that is how Leexi sells itself. It joins Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other conferencing tools, records phone calls from Aircall, Ringover, CloudTalk, 3CX, HubSpot VoIP, Teams Phone, and other VoIP systems, and captures in-person meetings through iOS and Android apps. Every conversation is transcribed, summarized in a format you can customize per meeting type (discovery, demo, closing, and so on), and turned into follow-up tasks, with an Ask Leexi assistant for questions across calls, a public API, and an MCP server for Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Dust.
What puts it in this category is Leexi Coach, an add-on sold at $16 per license per month billed annually ($20 monthly). Coach lets a manager build scorecards for each meeting type and role, has the AI score 100 percent of calls against them as soon as they end, lets the manager adjust any score by hand, and reports average scores, individual and team progress, rankings, and priority calls to review. It also fills empty CRM fields on contacts, deals, and organizations. On top of the $39 Business plan, which carries the CRM and VoIP connectors, that is a $55 per seat conversation intelligence stack on annual billing.
The European positioning is deliberate and it is the main reason to shortlist Leexi over a US product. Data is stored in Europe (the company says in France, with AWS France as the default and a paid option to move to Scaleway, a French cloud provider), the company is ISO 27001 certified, and it states compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act. For a small sales team in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Spain, or Germany whose customers ask where recordings live, that answer comes without an enterprise contract. The trade-offs are a pricing page with some inconsistencies and a coaching layer that is priced and marketed as an add-on to a notetaker, not as the center of the product.
Best for
European small and mid-sized sales and customer success teams, especially French, Belgian, Dutch, Spanish, and German-speaking ones, that want call recording across video, phone, and in-person meetings, CRM autofill, and scorecard coaching from a vendor that keeps data in Europe.
Not the right fit for
- US teams with no European data requirement, who will find cheaper coaching tiers or more mature analytics from Grain, Avoma, or Rafiki.
- Buyers who want talk-ratio and conversation-behavior analytics as the headline; Leexi's coaching is built around scorecards and CRM enrichment, and the analytics sit in an add-on.
- Teams of more than five on a tight budget, because the $12 Starter plan is capped at five licenses and 20 recorded hours a month, and it has no CRM, VoIP, or API access.
- Anyone who needs SSO without negotiating; SSO and SCIM sit in the Governance module, which is sold through a demo request, or on the quoted Enterprise plan.
- Buyers who want a stable, fully consistent pricing page; some of the FAQ answers on it describe older plan names and minimums.
How it works
- 1
You create an account from the website with no credit card, start a 7-day trial, and connect your calendar. Leexi then joins scheduled meetings on Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, and other platforms. On the Business plan you also connect a VoIP system so phone calls are imported automatically, and a CRM so summaries and field values are written back to the right contact, deal, or company.
- 2
After each conversation Leexi produces a transcript, chapters, and a summary built from prompts you set per conversation type (up to two on AI-Meeting and four on Business), plus follow-up tasks and a follow-up email draft. Leexi Studio holds your company context, vocabulary, and summary formats so the output reads in your terms. Ask Leexi answers questions about one meeting or many, and Leexi Report (Business) produces multi-meeting summaries and trend analysis.
- 3
With the Coach add-on, a manager defines scorecards by role (SDR, AE, CSM) and meeting type. The AI evaluates every call against them automatically, criterion by criterion, and the manager can review or override. Dashboards show scores, progress, rankings, and calls worth reviewing, and Coach fills only the CRM fields that are empty and configured for enrichment.
- 4
Recordings, summaries, and scores stay in the Leexi workspace for six months on Starter and two years on paid plans. Data can be pushed to Notion, Google Docs, SharePoint, Slack, Zapier, or Make, queried from an AI assistant through the MCP server, or pulled through the public API.
Feature breakdown
25 features in 5 modulesCapture
Where Leexi can record, which is wider than most notetakers.- Video conferencing bot
- Joins Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Apizee, and Jitsi from calendar sync, with recordings of up to four hours on every plan.
- VoIP call import
- On Business, calls are imported automatically from Aircall, CloudTalk, 3CX, Ringover, HubSpot VoIP, Vonage Contact Center, Telavox Flow, ALLOcloud, Keyyo, Teams Phone, and Onoff Business, so phone-based sellers are covered, not just video.
- Mobile app for in-person meetings
- iOS and Android apps record and summarize field and in-person meetings and let you attach photos, which is rare in a category built around video calls.
- Transcription in 100-plus languages
- With automatic language detection. The about page says 120-plus languages; the pricing page says 100-plus. The platform itself runs in French or English.
- Uploads and web extension
- Existing recordings can be uploaded for transcription, and a web extension handles capture from the browser.
Summaries and meeting workflow
The notetaker layer, which is most of what the base plans buy.- Custom summaries per conversation type
- Summary prompts set per meeting type, with a cap of two custom prompts per conversation type on AI-Meeting and four on Business, and templates aligned to methods such as MEDDIC and BANT.
- Leexi Studio
- Stores your business context, vocabulary, and preferred formats so summaries use your terms. Included from AI-Meeting up.
- Ask Leexi
- Questions across one or several meetings, capped at 100 questions per 35-minute call on AI-Meeting and 300 on Business. Not included on Starter.
- Task Manager and follow-up emails
- Action items are detected and assigned, and a follow-up email is drafted after the meeting. Business connects tasks to Meet and Teams.
- Meeting Hub and briefings
- Preparation notes before a meeting, personal or shared; Business adds AI context, pre-meeting briefings, and automatic web research.
- Leexi Report
- Multi-meeting summaries, AI trend analysis, and simultaneous bilingual summaries on the Business plan.
Coaching and conversation intelligence (Leexi Coach)
The $16 add-on that makes Leexi a conversation intelligence product.- Custom scorecards
- Scorecards built for each sales method and meeting type (discovery, demo, closing, qualification, onboarding) and each role, so an SDR call and an AE demo are judged on different criteria.
- Automatic scoring of every call
- The AI evaluates 100 percent of meetings as soon as they end, criterion by criterion, and a manager can review or change any score by hand.
- Performance dashboards
- Average scores, individual and team progress, team rankings, and a list of priority calls to review, with analytics on the topics discussed in meetings.
- Automated alerts
- Listed among the Coach module features, so managers are told about calls that need attention rather than searching for them.
- Automatic CRM field completion
- Coach fills only the empty CRM fields you configure, across contacts, deals, and organizations, in Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, and Pipedrive.
- Call analysis
- The sales use-case page describes speaking time, pauses, and key-argument analysis, weekly trend reports, and team dashboards.
Integrations and data
How the output leaves Leexi.- CRM connectors
- Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Odoo, Zoho, Sellsy, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Tribe, Koban, AdminPulse, and Attio, with summaries pushed to contact, deal, or company records on the Business plan.
- Public API and webhooks
- Included from AI-Meeting up under Leexi Sync, alongside Google Docs, Notion, and Zapier sync.
- MCP server
- Connects Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Dust, and Wonka Chat to your calls, summaries, tasks, and documentation with only a server URL.
- Leexi Share
- Share meetings externally behind an access code, with comments and snippet feedback for collaboration.
- ATS connectors
- RecruitCRM and Boond on Business, for recruiting teams that interview on video.
Security and governance
The European compliance case.- European data storage
- Data stored in Europe, which the company specifies as France, with AWS France by default and a paid module to switch to Scaleway.
- ISO 27001 and GDPR
- ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant, and stated compliance with the EU AI Act, plus an annual penetration test.
- Governance module
- SSO and SCIM, retention policies, audit logs, eight roles with advanced permissions, granular access rules, and adoption analytics for $5 per license per month billed annually ($7 monthly).
Use cases
4 documentedBelgian or French sales team of eight on Pipedrive and Aircall
Half the selling happens on the phone, half on Teams, notes end up in personal notebooks, and customers ask where recordings are stored.
On Business, Aircall calls and Teams meetings are captured together, summaries are pushed to Pipedrive deals, and the answer to the data question is Europe, with ISO 27001 behind it.
Sales manager who wants every call scored
Four AEs, a documented discovery method, and no time to listen back to more than one call a week each.
Leexi Coach scores every discovery and demo call against the team's own scorecard, ranks reps, flags priority calls, and the manager spends coaching time on the calls the dashboard surfaces.
Field sales rep visiting customers in person
Most meetings happen on site, so video notetakers record nothing and the CRM is updated from memory in the car.
The mobile app records and summarizes the in-person meeting, attaches photos, and on Business the summary lands on the CRM record without typing.
Consultant or founder selling alone
One person running discovery calls in two languages who wants notes and follow-ups without paying for a sales platform.
The Starter plan at $12 per month billed annually covers 20 hours of recorded calls a month, transcription in the client's language, summaries, and the mobile app, which is enough until CRM sync matters.
Pricing
from $12 per license per month billed annually, or $15 monthly (Starter)Per-license subscription across three self-serve plans and a quoted Enterprise plan, with paid add-on modules for coaching, governance, and cloud hosting choice. Prices are shown excluding VAT, and annual billing saves up to 20 percent on plans and up to 30 percent on some modules.
| Plan | Price | Includes |

Add-ons
- Leexi Coach ($16 per license per month billed annually ($20 monthly)): Scorecards, automated evaluation, AI coaching, performance analytics, alerts, and automatic CRM field completion. Offered with a free trial.
- Governance ($5 per license per month billed annually ($7 monthly)): SSO and SCIM, retention policy, audit logs, advanced roles and access rules, adoption analytics. Sold through a demo request.
- Scaleway hosting ($5 per license per month billed annually ($7 monthly)): Moves hosting from the default AWS France to Scaleway, a French cloud provider.
Billing notes
- Prices are per license and exclude VAT. They were displayed in US dollars on the English pricing page when checked; whether European visitors are billed in euros was not verified.
- Annual billing is invoiced yearly and saves up to 20 percent on plans ($12 versus $15, $23 versus $29, $39 versus $49) and up to 30 percent on the Governance and Scaleway modules.
- Coaching is not in any plan. A conversation intelligence setup with CRM sync costs $39 for Business plus $16 for Coach, $55 per seat per month billed annually or $69 billed monthly. The pricing page does not state clearly which plans Coach can be added to.
- Starter is capped at five licenses and 20 recorded hours per month. Paid plans are 'unlimited, fair use', and the fair-use threshold is not published.
- Volume discounts start at 10 licenses, according to the pricing FAQ.
- The pricing FAQ still refers to older plan names and to minimums of one user for AI-Meeting and three for 'the premium option', which does not match the plan table; confirm the minimum seat count at signup.
Value assessment: Leexi's base plans are fair notetaker pricing, and its coaching stack is mid-market for this category. At $55 per seat annually for Business plus Coach, it costs about what Demodesk charges for its EUR 49 coaching plan and a little more than Avoma's roughly $53 module stack, and well above Grain's roughly $29 coaching tier. What the money buys that others do not is the combination of VoIP call import from more than ten phone systems, a mobile app for in-person meetings, scorecards on every call, and data stored in France under ISO 27001, all from a vendor that has not taken outside funding. For a European team that sells on the phone and in person as much as on video, that combination is good value. For a US team selling only over Zoom, it is paying for a data-residency answer it does not need.

Strengths & limitations
Strengths
- Captures video meetings, phone calls from more than ten VoIP systems, and in-person meetings through a mobile app, which covers how most small European sales teams actually sell.
- Leexi Coach scores every call against custom scorecards per role and meeting type, with manual override and team dashboards.
- Data stored in Europe (France by default), ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant, with an annual pentest and a paid option for a French-owned cloud.
- Broad European CRM coverage, including Odoo, Sellsy, Zoho, Tribe, Koban, AdminPulse, and Attio alongside Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Dynamics 365.
- Public API, webhooks, and an MCP server from the $23 AI-Meeting plan, not reserved for the top tier.
- A self-financed, founder-run company that states it has declined outside investment, so there is no investor-driven pressure to reprice or be sold.
- Self-serve 7-day trial with no credit card and monthly billing available on every plan.
Limitations
- Coaching is an add-on, not part of any plan, so the real conversation intelligence price is $55 per seat annually rather than the $12 headline.
- The pricing page is inconsistent: the FAQ describes older plan names and minimum seat counts that do not match the plan table, and language counts differ between pages (100-plus and 120-plus).
- Starter is capped at five licenses, 20 recorded hours a month, and six months of storage, and excludes CRM, VoIP, API, and Ask Leexi.
- No free plan, only a 7-day trial, which is short for judging scorecard quality on a real pipeline.
- SSO and SCIM require the Governance module, sold through a demo request, or an Enterprise quote.
- Talk-pattern analytics are described on the use-case page but not itemized on the pricing page, so check what the dashboards measure before buying Coach for them.
- The platform interface runs only in French or English, even though transcription covers far more languages.
Head-to-head comparisons
4 alternativesLeexi vs Claap
from EUR 0 (Basic), then about EUR 24 per user per month (Pro, billed annually)Claap is the other European option, owned by lemlist, at about EUR 48 for its Business tier with AI coaching, CRM auto-complete, deal insights, async video, and unlimited guests. Leexi costs $55 annually for Business plus Coach and brings real scorecards, VoIP call import from more than ten phone systems, and a mobile app for in-person meetings, with data kept in France. Choose Claap for a remote team that also wants async video and lemlist alignment; choose Leexi for a team that sells on the phone and in the field and wants every call scored.
Full Leexi vs Claap comparisonLeexi vs Demodesk
from EUR 25 per user per month (Capture)Demodesk's EUR 49 Coaching and AI plan bundles custom scorecards, automatic scoring, deal insights, and approval-gated CRM writes, hosted in Frankfurt under ISO 27001. Leexi reaches a similar feature set at $55 per seat annually through Business plus the Coach add-on, and adds more VoIP connectors and a cheaper $12 entry for notes only. Pick Demodesk if you want coaching and deal risk in one plan and one bill; pick Leexi if phone calls and in-person meetings are a large share of your selling.
Full Leexi vs Demodesk comparisonLeexi vs Avoma
from $19 per seat per month (Startup, billed annually)Avoma is US-hosted and sells its manager toolkit as modules, a $19 Startup seat plus a $29 Conversation Intelligence module, with semantic trackers, talk-pattern analytics, and forecasting that go deeper than Leexi's. Leexi's stack costs about the same at $55 and wins on data residency, VoIP breadth, and in-person capture. US teams focused on analytics should take Avoma; European teams whose buyers ask where recordings live should take Leexi.
Full Leexi vs Avoma comparisonLeexi vs Grain
from $0 (Free, capped at 20 meetings), then about $15 per seat per month on Starter billed annuallyGrain's coaching tier is about $29 per seat billed annually, with clips, playlists, free viewer seats, and a strong US integration surface, and it is US-hosted. Leexi costs nearly twice as much for scorecards and CRM autofill but stores data in Europe and records phone and in-person conversations Grain does not. If price and video-call coaching are the criteria, Grain wins; if European hosting and phone coverage are, Leexi does.
Full Leexi vs Grain comparisonPairs well with
6 categoriesLeexi is a call coaching tool, and a team running it still has 6 neighbouring categories to staff. The pick in each is Zoho CRM for sales CRM, Grasshopper for dialers & business phone, Outplay for sales engagement, SignWell for proposals & e-signature, Journey for digital sales rooms and Mixpanel for product analytics & session replay, each the leading tool in that category on published criteria.
- Because
- Leexi sends buyers elsewhere for talk-ratio and conversation-behavior analytics as the headline. Zoho CRM adds genuine configurability including custom object types.
- Benefit
- Every conversation ends up on a record, so a rep leaving does not take the pipeline with them.
- GrasshopperDialers & Business Phone · Best Value
- Because
- Leexi lists starter is capped at five licenses among its limits. Grasshopper adds flat pricing with unlimited users.
- Benefit
- Reps dial straight from the record with the call logged, instead of a phone and a spreadsheet.
- OutplaySales Engagement · Best Value
- Because
- Leexi is built for call coaching, not engagement. Outplay adds widest native channel coverage.
- Benefit
- One cadence covers email, calls and LinkedIn, so nobody drops a follow-up between tools.
- SignWellProposals & E-signature · Best Value
- Because
- Leexi lists the pricing page is inconsistent among its limits. SignWell adds cheaper than the incumbents for the same practical job.
- Benefit
- A quote goes out the same day and comes back signed, with a record of who opened it.
- JourneyDigital Sales Rooms · Ease of Use
- Because
- Leexi sends buyers elsewhere for a stable, fully consistent pricing page. Journey adds buyers never log in, and pages.
- Benefit
- The buying committee reads one link, instead of hunting a thread for the latest deck.
- MixpanelProduct Analytics & Session Replay · Best Value
- Because
- Leexi is built for call coaching, not product analytics. Mixpanel adds best self-serve analysis interface in the category for non-technical users.
- Benefit
- Feature usage and drop-off are measurable, so a roadmap argument can end with evidence.
Pairings follow the methodology: the leading tool in each complementary category, chosen on published criteria. Placement cannot be purchased.
Full Leexi stackImplementation & onboarding
- Setup time
- Minutes to a first recorded meeting: sign up, connect a calendar, and Leexi joins the next call. The vendor says full setup takes under an hour. CRM and VoIP connection on Business adds an hour or two, and building good scorecards for Coach is a few days of a manager's time.
- Learning curve
- Low for reps, who mostly read summaries and approve tasks. Moderate for managers, since scorecard design and custom prompts per meeting type are where the value comes from and they need tuning against real calls.
- Onboarding
- Self-serve trial and purchase on Starter, AI-Meeting, and Business. Business includes a dedicated Leexi consultant from ten users. The Governance module and Enterprise are sold through a demo, with a kickoff and three follow-up sessions described for enterprise customers.
- Migration notes
- Past recordings can be uploaded for transcription, but there is no documented importer from Gong, Grain, or another notetaker. The work that matters is mapping CRM fields for autofill and writing scorecards; run Coach alongside your current process for a couple of weeks before relying on its scores.

Frequently asked questions
13 questionsWhat is Leexi?
Leexi is a European AI notetaker and conversation intelligence tool from Brussels. It records video meetings, phone calls from more than ten VoIP systems, and in-person meetings through a mobile app, transcribes and summarizes them in 100-plus languages, fills CRM fields, and with the Leexi Coach add-on scores every call against custom scorecards. Data is stored in Europe.
How much does Leexi cost?
Starter is $12 per license per month billed annually ($15 monthly), AI-Meeting is $23 ($29 monthly), and Business is $39 ($49 monthly), all excluding VAT. Enterprise is quoted. Add-ons are Leexi Coach at $16 ($20 monthly), Governance at $5 ($7 monthly), and Scaleway hosting at $5 ($7 monthly).
What does conversation intelligence cost on Leexi?
Coaching and scoring come from the Leexi Coach add-on, not from a plan. Paired with the Business plan, which carries the CRM and VoIP connectors, that is $55 per seat per month billed annually or $69 billed monthly. The pricing page does not say plainly whether Coach can be added to Starter or AI-Meeting, so confirm before planning a cheaper combination.
Is there a free plan or free trial?
There is no free plan. There is a 7-day free trial, started by creating an account on the website with no credit card required. Leexi Coach and the Scaleway module are also listed with free trials.
Does Leexi score calls?
Yes, with Leexi Coach. Managers build scorecards per sales method, meeting type, and role, the AI scores 100 percent of meetings as soon as they end, and a manager can adjust any score by hand. Dashboards show average scores, individual and team progress, rankings, and priority calls to review.
Where is Leexi data stored?
In Europe. The company says data is stored in France, with AWS France as the default and a paid option to move to Scaleway, a French cloud provider, for $5 per license per month billed annually. It is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, and states compliance with the EU AI Act.
Does Leexi record phone calls and in-person meetings?
Yes. On the Business plan it imports calls from Aircall, CloudTalk, 3CX, Ringover, HubSpot VoIP, Vonage Contact Center, Telavox Flow, ALLOcloud, Keyyo, Teams Phone, and Onoff Business. In-person meetings are recorded through the iOS and Android apps on every plan.
Does Leexi update my CRM?
On Business, summaries are pushed to contact, deal, or company records in Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365, Zoho, Odoo, and others. Leexi Coach adds automatic completion of CRM fields, filling only empty fields you configure, across contacts, deals, and organizations.
Does Leexi have an API or MCP server?
Yes. The public API and webhooks are included from the AI-Meeting plan up, and an MCP server connects Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Dust, and Wonka Chat to your calls, summaries, tasks, and Leexi documentation with only a server URL.
Who owns Leexi?
Leexi SA is a family-owned Brussels company founded in 2021 by Xavier and Carole Lombard with their sons Baptiste and Matthieu, who serve as CEO, CFO, CTO, and COO. It has not raised outside funding; its press page quotes it declining a one-million-euro offer at a fifteen-million-euro valuation at the end of 2024.
What should I pair Leexi with?
Leexi is a call coaching tool, and a team running it still has 6 neighbouring categories to staff.
What do I pair with Leexi for Sales CRM?
Zoho CRM. Leexi sends buyers elsewhere for talk-ratio and conversation-behavior analytics as the headline. Zoho CRM adds genuine configurability including custom object types.
Is Leexi enough on its own?
For call coaching, yes. Leexi does not cover dialers & business phone, sales engagement and proposals & e-signature, and its own profile says so; Grasshopper, Outplay and SignWell are the tools that fill those gaps.
Editorial verdict
Leexi is the conversation intelligence tool to shortlist if you sell in Europe and your customers ask where recordings live. It records video calls, phone calls from more than ten VoIP systems, and in-person meetings through a mobile app. It stores everything in France under ISO 27001, and with the Coach add-on it scores every call against scorecards a manager designs. The honest price for that is $55 per seat per month on annual billing (Business plus Coach), not the $12 on the banner. That is in line with Demodesk and Avoma and nearly double Grain. The pricing page needs a careful read because its FAQ has not kept up with the plan table. Behind the product is an unusual company: a family-run Brussels business that has grown without outside money and says it turned down investors. US teams selling only on Zoom have cheaper and deeper options. European teams that sell on the phone and in person should start the 7-day trial with Coach switched on.
