What vendors changed, and when
Price changes
Every entry-price movement recorded while re-checking the database, with what the price was before and what actually happened. The price of any one tool is on its own website. How a field of vendors has moved over time is not.
Most changed prices are not price changes. Of the movements below, 3 were vendors putting prices up and 3 were cuts. Of the rest, 14 turned out to be corrections to our own record, usually an annual rate we had written down as a monthly one, and 2 were vendors removing published pricing altogether. Each row says which.
Dates are when we checked the vendor’s published pricing, never when the vendor changed it, because the second is not knowable from outside. Entry prices are tracked for 324 products so far and grow with each pass of the verification rotation.

$0 to $39
Floik dropped its $16 guides-only plan, and since September 2026 Flos published on the free Starter plan lock after 7 days of full access and a 60-day reminder period, so Pro at $39 a month billed annually ($49 monthly) is now the real entry point.

$80 to $240
Userflow replaced its two-product lineup with Essentials, Studio and Enterprise plans. The standalone $80 Adoption Agent is gone and the agent now comes with Studio at $400; Essentials at $240 a month billed annually ($300 monthly) for 1,000 MAU is the new entry point.

$19, unchanged
Held at $19 per agent. The pricing page no longer attaches an annual-billing condition to cloud plans, so the figure is now recorded as a plain monthly rate.

$10, unchanged
The help desk alone still starts at $10, but Gorgias now quotes each plan with its AI Agent folded in ($40 on Starter), bundles automated interactions into every tier, lifted Basic from 3 seats to 500, and publishes Pro overage at $36 per 100 tickets rather than the $0.25 a ticket we had.

$15, unchanged
List price held at $15. The 33 percent new-customer discount that took it to $10 is no longer on the pricing page.

$35 flat to $45 per user
Plain moved from a $35 base price with one seat included to per-user pricing: Foundation is $45 per user per month billed annually ($55 monthly) for up to five seats, and its Ari AI agent is no longer free but draws 100 credits per resolution from the plan's allowance.

$50 to $75
Not a rise on any plan. Unthread withdrew its $50 Basic plan, which was capped at 100 conversations a month, so Pro at $75 per agent with the same five-seat minimum is now the entry point.

$199 to $19
Attribution split its single $199 Shopify plan into Shopify Starter at $19 a month (1,000 tracked users, three models, one seat) and Shopify Pro at $199. The $199 plan still exists; the lower entry point is a new tier, not a cut.

$20.83 to $0
Circleback repackaged in 2026: a new free plan with 30 days of history, Pro at $15 per user per month billed annually ($18 monthly) in place of the $20.83 Individual plan, Business at $25, and a published $35 Enterprise tier with volume bands.

$139 to $819
Not comparable with the previous figure. The Starter API plan no longer appears on Cronofy's pricing page, which now opens at Emerging, $819 a month billed annually or $899 monthly, with half the synced-account allowance we had recorded for that tier.

$64 to $71
Databox rebuilt its lineup: Analyst is $71 a month billed annually ($89 monthly) with 150 AI credits rather than 500, and the Pro and Growth plans gave way to Team Core, Team Scale and a per-client Agency plan, with white labelling and SSO now sold as add-ons.

$30 to $20
Not a price change. We quoted the 1,000-profile band as the entry price; Klaviyo's slider and structured data start paid email at $20 a month for 251 to 500 active profiles. The $30 band at 1,000 profiles is unchanged.

$79 to $49
The $79 still appears in the pricing page's meta description and structured data, but the page's own price table, its pricing.md and the Shopify App Store listing all put the S plan at $49 a month for up to 500 orders. We had copied the stale page text.

$27 to $19
RocketReach cut all three published plans: Essentials $329 to $229 a year per seat, Pro $829 to $619, Ultimate $1,699 to $1,379; monthly billing fell from $49, $99 and $209 to $39, $79 and $169. Annual plans now include unlimited lookups.

$7 to $9
Sender's own price file puts Standard at $9 a month or $108 a year at 500 subscribers, with 30 percent off the first year for new buyers ($6.30 a month). Our $7 matched neither the regular nor the promotional rate, and nothing shows when or whether it changed, so this is recorded as a correction rather than a rise.

$29 to $9.99
Trafft's price feed now sells Mini at $9.99, Growth $24.99, Professional $49.99 and Business $79.99 a month, against the $29 to $129 ladder we had recorded; custom domain, API and WhatsApp moved to Business and extra users became a tiered fee. Old Starter and Scaling products still sit in the same feed, so this reads as a new lineup rather than a like-for-like cut.

$29 to $35
Attio raised its seat prices: Plus from $29 to $35 per user a month on annual billing ($36 to $44 monthly) and Pro from $69 to $79 ($86 to $99). Free and Enterprise are unchanged.

$59 to $99
Breakcold's own pricing FAQ says the base plan is now $99 a month for new users and current trials, while existing paying customers keep their old price. Quarterly and annual billing are now published at 10 and 20 percent off.

$149 to $167
Not comparable with the previous figure. Clay replaced its Starter, Explorer and Pro credit tiers with Launch and Growth plans metered by two allowances, actions and data credits, and the $167 headline is the annual rate for Launch's smallest allowance.

$99 to $49
ContactOut now shows the email plan at $49 a month, or $39 billed annually, against a struck-through list price of $99, with no end date on the page. It may be a promotion rather than a permanent cut.

$14.99 to $55
Not a price rise on any plan that still exists. Dux-Soup retired the $14.99 Pro edition and now sells the product as STACKED in a $55 desktop edition and a $99 cloud edition, so the cheapest plan on the page is the old Turbo price.

$7, unchanged
Search held at $7 per 1,000 requests. Our free-credit wording was wrong: the free balance is $10 a month plus a one-time $10 onboarding bonus, not $20 on signup plus $10.
26 September 2026Our record corrected+50%Sales CRM
$6 to $9
Flowlu's page shows Essential at $9 a user billed yearly against $12 monthly, a 25 percent discount; we had $6, roughly half the monthly rate. The monthly rates are unchanged, and we cannot tell whether the annual rate moved or our figure was wrong.

$55 to $29
The $55 for 1,000 credits still holds. FullEnrich publishes a full credit ladder that starts lower, at $29 a month for 500 credits, which we had recorded as quote-only.

$18 to $15
Our $18 was the monthly-billing price labelled as yearly. Ghost's pricing script and rendered page put Starter at $15 a month billed yearly ($180 a year) and $18 billed monthly.

$50 per user to $50 flat
The figure held but our unit was wrong. Klenty's Starter plan is $50 a month billed annually for 15,000 monthly contacts, priced by contact volume rather than per user; only Growth and Plus are per user.

$200 to $20
Our $200 matched a placeholder in the pricing page's static HTML. LeadIQ's own price table puts the entry Pro step at $20 a month for 200 credits, $15 billed annually, so the earlier figure was our error rather than a vendor cut.

$36 per user to $49.90 flat
Not comparable with the previous figure. Lusha moved from per-user pricing to per-plan tiers with seats included and added a one-user Starter plan at $49.90 a month, or $37.45 a month billed yearly.

$149 to $27
Our $149 was a hidden placeholder in the page's server-rendered HTML. Mailmodo's own price table makes Lite free on monthly billing at 500 contacts and $27 a month billed annually, with Pro at $79 annually or $99 monthly.

$18 flat to $18 per mailbox
Not comparable with the earlier figure, and a rise for most buyers. Flat mailbox bands were replaced by graduated per-mailbox rates, so the unit changed from a plan to a mailbox. One mailbox still costs $18 a month on annual billing. Six, which were $45 on the old flat Growth plan, now come to $106, and twenty, which were $92 on Professional, now come to $295. Above about fifty mailboxes the graduated rates run cheaper than the per-mailbox field, reaching $5 a mailbox from 101 to 200.

€12 to €11
Our earlier figure was an approximation. noCRM's page data puts Starter at exactly 11 euros a user billed yearly and 19 euros monthly, where we had about 12 and 15.

$237 flat to Not published
Ortto's pricing page returned a 404 in September 2026, after Canva acquired the company; Ortto says existing plans and billing are unchanged. Not a price cut.

$23, unchanged
The figure held but we had it as a monthly rate. $23 is the annual-billed price; month to month Basic is $29.

$8.90 per credit to $49 flat
Not comparable with the previous figure. We had recorded a flat $8.90 per 1,000 credits at any volume; Tomba sells named plans on a slider, Basic $49 for 5,000 credits, Growth $89 for 10,000, Pro $199 for 40,000, so the unit changed from a rate to a plan price.

$24, unchanged
Entry price held at $24 a month. Annual rates are now published alongside the monthly ones, taking Basic to $19.99, Plus to $199, and Enterprise to $499.

$96, unchanged
The rate did not move but the basis did: $96 is the annual rate, and month to month is roughly $115. Folderly also split into three separately priced products, adding Inbox Insights testing and Pulse monitoring, both with free tiers.

$25 to $19.50
A genuine cut of 22 percent. The two-tier Starter and Scale structure collapsed into one all-in-one plan at $19.50 a mailbox, which was previously the ten-mailbox volume rate, with $16 on annual billing.

$9 flat to Not published
The fixed $9 Basic, $19 Business, and $29 Agency subscriptions were retired in favour of a single Custom plan billed per test, at rates the page says fall with volume but does not publish. Two free tiers remain, one of which needs no account.

$49 per mailbox to Not published
Not a price cut. Warmy removed published pricing entirely: the $49, $129, and $189 per-mailbox tiers were replaced by B2B Sender, B2C Sender, and Custom plans described as volume-based, with a demo booking instead of a rate card. A seven-day trial with no card remains.

€37, unchanged
Entry price held at 37 euros. A yearly rate of 31 euros a month is now published alongside it.

€34, unchanged
No vendor change found. The 34 euros we published was the annual rate presented as if it were monthly; the month-to-month price is 49 euros and is now recorded as such.

$37 to $47
Not necessarily a vendor increase. The $37 we had recorded as a monthly rate matches what is now published as the annual rate of $37.60; month to month the same plan is $47. Instantly also split into three separate purchases, Outreach, Credits, and Bundles, during the same period.

$39 per user to $69 flat
Not comparable with the previous figure. Four per-user tiers became two plans, and the entry Email plan is a flat $69 a month with unlimited users rather than $39 per seat, so the unit changed as well as the number.

$39, unchanged
Entry price held at $39. The tier was renamed from Basic to Base and an annual rate of $32.50 is now published alongside it.

$24.69 to $29.25
A genuine increase of about 18 percent on the annual rate, from $24.69 to $29.25 a month. Month to month rose from $29.25 to $39, and the annual discount widened from roughly 15 percent to 25 percent. Every tier above Starter moved by the same pattern.

$37, unchanged
The annual entry rate held at $37, but every plan name moved: the old Starter is now Lite, the name Starter shifted up to the $74 plan, and Infinity became Pro. The meter also changed from contacts to tokens, so tier-for-tier comparison with earlier records fails.
Prices reflect what vendors published at the time we checked and can change without notice. See our methodology for how the rotation works.
